Students!  You will need to attend a PPCC Orientation session in August 2016! Please visit PPCC to find a date, time and location that works!

If you are unsure of when your PPCC class started, log into your "myPPCC" student portal and click on the Student tab. All of the college-level courses that you are currently enrolled in will appear here. If you do not see a course listed that you know you should be enrolled in, see Ms. Southern  in Room 193 immediately!

As always, please see Ms. Southern in Room 193 before making the decision to drop or withdraw from a college-level course.

Dropping vs. Withdrawing

What is the difference between dropping a class and withdrawing from a class? Dropping a class occurs within the first two weeks of the semester. The class does not appear on your transcript and you do not receive a grade. When you withdraw from a class, it usually happens later in the semester, you receive a grade of a "W" on your transcript, and you become financially responsible for the course. Please know the difference between these two very important terms! See Mr. Tapia in Room 161 if you have any questions or concerns.

Scheduling Appointments to see Ms. Southern & Ms. Everette

Students, please feel free to schedule an appointment to see Ms. Southern or Ms. Everette during your free time (before school, after school, during lunch, or during a free period). Appointment times are limited to 30 minutes for each student.

If you are a prospective parent/student/family wanting information about Early College High School, please feel free to schedule a 60 minute appointment so that we may have enough time to discuss all of your questions and concerns.

Please see Marva Mackins in the front office to schedule an appointment with either Ms. Southern or Ms. Everette.
